Dr. Allyson Grabowski always knew she wanted to help people achieve better health. After a car accident in 1999 that left her with debilitating neck pain and headaches, she began chiropractic care. It was upon learning that true health comes from within and can be achieved naturally without drugs or surgery that she found her true calling. After attending undergrad at Central Michigan University and University of Michigan-Dearborn, Dr. Allyson Grabowski achieved her Doctorate from Sherman College of Chiropractic in December 2005. In 2006, she began practicing in Michigan, and four short years later opened Live Well Chiropractic in Royal Oak. In 2014, Dr. Allyson Grabowski and Dr. Meaghan Cromer expanded into Rochester Hills and Opened Live Well Chiropractic of Rochester. Dr. Allyson's ongoing commitment and dedication to her profession and service to all of her patients from infants to geriatrics reflect in the service you will receive at Live Well. Dr. Allyson Grabowski is also ICPA Webster’s technique certified, focusing on specific sacral adjusting during pregnancy to reduce interference to the nervous system and aid in optimal fetal positioning in the pelvis of the pregnant woman. Outside of the office, Dr. Allyson enjoys spending quality time with her family including her husband John and daughters Ella and Eden. In her free time, you can find her practicing her golf swing at Red Run Golf Club, working out, and traveling with her family.
Owner and Chiropractor Meaghan Cromer, D.C.
Dr. Meaghan Cromer is a Detroit native and graduated from Regina High School. Her journey in health and wellness began in 1998 while working as a chiropractic assistant. She witnessed many patients during that time who achieved not only relief from pain but greater quality of life through chiropractic care. She began to realize that her life had a mission – to help people express their true potential of health in a natural way. Ultimately she felt her calling was to become a chiropractor and began pursuing her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. Together with her sister, Dr. Allyson Grabowski, Dr. Meaghan attended Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina. Dr. Meaghan graduated cum laude in 2006 and married her husband, James later that year. Together they have three beautiful children who have taught them many lessons about life and health. Due in part to her own experiences, Dr. Meaghan felt compelled to work with pregnant women and young children. She completed post-graduate training in pediatrics and chiropractic care for pregnant women through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Dr. Meaghan returned to her home state of Michigan in 2012 to practice with Dr. Allyson in Royal Oak. Live Well Rochester was added in 2014 as a way of reaching further with both doctor’s personal missions to serve more people through natural chiropractic care. Both doctors are truly grateful to serve their own communities and strive to offer the best care possible at each location.
Chiropractor Kevin Caron, D.C.
Dr. Kevin Caron grew up in Madison Heights, MI where he attended Lamphere High School before beginning his college career at Michigan State University. After obtaining a Bachelor's of Science degree from the College of Natural Science at MSU, Dr. Caron enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic, the world's premier program in chiropractic education. While in attendance at Palmer, Dr. Caron was the starting goaltender for the Palmer lacrosse team and spent extra time at seminars outside the class room studying various soft tissue techniques, extremity adjustment protocols, and total spinal rehabilitation programs. Currently Dr. Caron is in his 6th year of practice, his second at Live Well Chiropractic, and spends his free time working on his home and or various other hobbies with his family and friends.
Chiropractor Richard Woolman, D.C.
Dr. Rick Woolman graduated from Life Chiropractic College - West in 1985. He has been actively practicing in the metro Detroit area for over 33 years. Dr. Rick has been a sports enthusiast his whole life, and wanted to help others achieve better health and optimum performance through natural chiropractic health care. He joined the Live Well Chiropractic team in June of 2017. He is an avid bicyclist, and bowler. Dr. Rick has a 19 year old son, Tyler, and a 17 year old daughter,
Madelyn Londo - Chiropractic Assistant
Madelyn Londo grew up in Beverly Hills before attending college at Northern Michigan University in Marquette, MI. While there she fell in love with hiking, nature, and a holistic approach to life and medicine. She graduated with a degree in Management of Health and Fitness, which she took to
Traverse City where she was an Aquatics Director before moving to Hazel Park with her husband, Luke. She is an avid swimmer, a passionate yogi, and a voracious traveler. Above all, her deepest passion is to help people find and become the healthiest, most natural, and best version of themselves.
Collin Allison - Chiropractic Assistant
Collin Allison grew up in Madison Heights, MI, and left to attend Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant. There, he joined the Army National Guard, which he has been a part of since 2010. A healthy lifestyle is something he follows as best he can. Outside of the office, Collin enjoys going to the gym, playing outdoor sports and listening to live music.
Anna King - Chiropractic Assistant
Anna, an Ohio native and recent Rochester Hills, MI transplant, has always had a passion for people and a heart for service. Whether nannying children, tending to nursing home residents, or overseeing the needs of chiropractic clinics, she finds joy in providing sensitive care and optimal
experiences for others. In Live Well Chiropractic, she recognized these selfsame values, and in joining their team, found a second family. Outside the office, Anna enjoys spending time with friends and family, relaxing on the lake, playing competitive volleyball, and training for her first half marathon.
